So week 1 was a success in my book.
I’ve practiced yoga on and off for a few years since I enjoy the stretching benefits. I completed week 1 with only a few hiccups: there were 2 days that I had to combine with other days since I skipped them.
After 1 consistent week, I definitely noticed less back pain and foot pain. I feel more flexible in my hip flexors, which I struggle with. I can definitely see myself repeating some of the workouts in series. I love how she guides you through each pose and gives you options depending on your skill level.
I’m in the middle of week 2 (obviously, lol). I love writing about taking this challenge for the accountability since I struggle with fitness routines. I get bored and give up pretty quick, so my hope is writing about it will make me more likely to stick with it.
